The first of our artists to turn the Boat house at Stowe pool into an art installation /studio for the first time is Hannah Golding.
Hannah enjoys working in a wide range of materials and uses many different techniques. Her work includes both figurative and abstract sculptures, paintings and photographs often exploring the use of colour. Hannah creates a depiction of the world around her through using materials such as steel, wire, textiles, recycled and found objects to depict nature and the beauty in life.
Hannah has extensive experience working with the community conducting workshops and exhibiting her work publicly through exhibitions and workshops. Her most recent work to date was for Lichfield Cathedral where Hannah led workshops and created willow and paper angel sculptures to be part of the Cathedral’s 10,000 angel installation for Peter Walker.
